Key Responsibilities

Process insurance policies, including data entry, document verification, and policy management.
Assist clients with insurance claims, including initial processing and documentation.
Review and validate insurance-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure efficient and accurate insurance processing.
Stay informed about insurance industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of insurance-related transactions.
Play a key role in delivering high-quality insurance processing services to our clients.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
Strong aptitude for utilizing computers and systems.
Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
A customer-focused approach to providing exceptional service
