Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for executing QA processes tailored to the specific requirements of our onshore clients. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards expected by our clients and contributing to the success of their operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with onshore clients to understand and implement their specific QA requirements.
Conduct regular quality assurance assessments on processes defined by onshore clients.
Develop and maintain detailed QA documentation for onshore client operations.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to onshore teams based on QA assessments.
Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment with client QA standards.
Prepare comprehensive QA reports tailored to the needs of onshore clients.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality services to onshore clients.
