Role Overview: As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service on behalf of our onshore clients. You will engage directly with policyholders, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed, and their concerns are resolved promptly and professionally

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for policyholders on behalf of our onshore clients.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and knowledgeable manner
Handle a variety of customer service tasks, including policy inquiries, coverage clarification, and claims assistance.
Process policy changes and updates accurately to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Collaborate effectively with team members to address complex customer concerns.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay informed about the insurance products of our clients, industry trends, and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
