Learning the underwriting process, policy interpretation, claims handling procedures, customer service, and more, our staff are ready to hit the ground running and become an integral part of your operations.

As a specialised insurance staffing agency, we ensure that all our staff have the right qualifications for their prospective roles. This starts with RG146 – Tier 1 compliance which refers to the higher level of competency required for providing advice in general insurance. Individuals who attain RG 146 Tier 1 General Insurance certification demonstrate proficiency in understanding and advising on various aspects of general insurance products, including policies, coverage, and claims handling.
